If they can grow their coalition, maybe someday we'll elect someone who'll fabricate whatever evidence their base wants to see.

We’ll see. In his first term he campaigned on allowing Medicare to negotiate drug prices. Then he got elected and Pharma rolled him in one meeting. Biden then got it done, at least a start, with 10 drugs.
